DEVELOPMENTAL
COMPETITION TEAM
Access to this class is via invite only. Competition team is for girls who have been selected out of our Emerald group or who have been invited through other avenues. This group of girls compete at local, state, regional and national levels. Families and gymnasts must be committed to the practice time, travel and financial requirements that come along with competitive gymnastics. The purpose of this team is to develop gymnasts who can one day compete at a Collegiate level.

XCEL
COMPETITION TEAM
Access to this team is via invite only. The Xcel Competition team is for girls who have been selected out of our Emerald / Wonder Girls group or who have been invited through other avenues. This group of girls compete at local, state, regional and national levels. Families and gymnasts must be committed to the practice time, travel and financial requirements that come along with competitive gymnastics. This program allows for gymnasts do other sports along with competitive gymnastics due to less time commitment requirements.

Xcel Team 2022 - 2023
Emerald Pre-Team
4-7 years old, girls (120 min/2 x a week)
This is a special invite class. Girls who are invited to this group show competitive promise at an early age. The curriculum consists of mastering the basics of gymnastics while learning the skills needed to compete USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic level 2/3. The curriculum will consist of skills on vault, bars, balance beam, floor exercise, flexibility and strength/conditioning. The girls from this group may be invited to compete on our Competitive Team when they mastered the physical skills needed and are mentally and emotionally ready for our competitive program.
